They regularly host events at most well known electronic music nightclubs and venues in San Francisco such as: 1015 Folsom, The Midway, Halcyon, Audio, Temple, Bergerac, Hawthorn, Monarch and more.
Their music style is flexible and changes depending on the event, venue, and mood, and is primarily EDM such as House and Techno.

More About Dirty Not Sorry
What’s the origin story of your crew?
Dirty Not Sorry was founded by a group of friends in the industry and behind the decks with one mission: to connect people through music. Three of our original four founders will actually be performing at Minted: myself, Nyall James (DJ Knives), CEO; cofounder and resident artist Cat Liu; and Ariel Filane (GLAAS), our EVP of A&R. The name Dirty Not Sorry actually started as an autocorrect typo, but stuck because it perfectly summed us up: dirty music and unapologetic authenticity.
How would you describe the Diry Not Sorry community? What vibes can people expect coming to one of your parties?
DNS is a diverse roster of DJs and producers from the Bay Area and beyond. Our events are high energy, inclusive, and unpolished in the best way. Expect bass forward Tech House, Bass House, and Techno, Hard Dance, and more. Ravers come for the sound, but they stay for the family.
Who or what influences your sets the most? Genres, eras, mentors, movements – what shapes your sound?
How has the Bay Area shaped your identity as a crew?
The crew is a reflection of the Bay Area itself: diverse, inclusive, and stronger because of our differences. Just like the city and its culture, DNS thrives on variety, in sound, in perspective, in people. Our identity comes from the underground, from the communities that built dance floors out of nothing but trust, speakers, and sweat.
How do you stay connected to your community outside of the booth? Where and when can we catch you outside of MINTED SF?
We partner with venues like F8, Monarch, Halcyon, Pure, Hawthorn, 1015 Folsom, The Midway, and many more. We also host weekly Twitch streams to spotlight new DJs. With the launch of our record label, we are connecting people through music everywhere, online and in person.
